We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners, a leading international consulting firm, which is strengthening its Tax Department based in Casablanca. We are looking for a Tax Manager with solid tax advisory experience, ideally gained within a consulting firm in an international environment.

Position: Tax Manager
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic tax issues: technical analyses, review of complex situations, and development of tailored solutions in compliance with Moroccan and international regulations.
• Participate in structuring, reorganization, and international tax projects: mergers & acquisitions, intra-group restructurings, transfer pricing, tax treaties, and international VAT.
• Contribute to transaction-related assignments: conducting tax due diligences, identifying risks and opportunities, preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Supervise deliverables and mentor teams: manage engagements, review technical work, and support the development of junior and mid-level consultants.
• Maintain continuous regulatory monitoring: track tax developments, produce internal or external briefing notes, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support the growth, visibility, and excellence of the Tax Department: contribute to proposals, business development, and represent the firm at professional events.

• Degree in Tax, Law, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent).
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, client service orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team.
