We are currently seeking an experienced legal professional for one of our clients in the professional services / legal sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on high-value, international legal matters.

Position: Legal Associate – Senior Associate
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise local and international clients on diverse legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide expertise in corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and regulated sectors.
• Participate in M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate restructurings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos, opinions, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of the legal practice.

• 3–4 years of experience in a Moroccan law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Moroccan university or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, labor law, and regulated sectors.
• Fluent in French, Arabic, and professional working knowledge of English.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and structured environment.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and professional, with strong prioritization skills.
