We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners, a leading international consulting firm, which is strengthening its Tax Department based in Casablanca. We are looking for a Senior Tax Consultant with solid tax advisory experience, ideally gained within a consulting firm in an international environment.

Position: Senior Tax Consultant
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients on strategic tax issues: technical analyses, review of complex situations, and development of tailored solutions in compliance with Moroccan and international regulations.
• Participate in structuring, reorganization, and international tax projects: mergers & acquisitions, intra-group restructurings, transfer pricing, tax treaties, and international VAT.
• Contribute to transaction-related assignments: conducting tax due diligences, identifying risks and opportunities, preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth execution of projects in collaboration with managers and senior managers.
• Maintain continuous regulatory monitoring: track tax developments and produce internal or external briefing notes.

• Degree in Tax, Law, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent).
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, client service orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team.
