Job description
As Transition PMO, you will lead the transition of project management practices. Your responsibilities will include evaluating existing processes, implementing new operational strategies and managing project portfolios. You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, improve efficiency and meet deadlines. You will also oversee the implementation of new PMO tools and methodologies, provide staff training and promote a results-oriented project management culture.
Profile required
- Solid experience as a PMO or in a similar role
- Proven expertise in managing PMO transitions, implementing organizational change in project management and in-depth understanding of PMO best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills, results orientation and excellent communication skills
