We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Programs Consultant. This is mic public sector, driving innovation, partnership, and organizational performance.

Position: Strategy Project Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract: 4 months (on-site, full-time) with potential for long-term engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support organizational submissions for government excellence programs.
• Advise on initiatives focused on future shaping, innovation, partnership, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leaders.
• Contribute to high-impact government excellence projects and performance initiatives.

• Minimum 10 years of experience working on government excellence programs, including DGEP, MBRGEP, or similar initiatives.
• Strong background in consulting, with Big Four experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver structured, credible, and high-impact contributions in professional settings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
