We are currently recruiting a Head of Project Sales Support for one of our clients in the UAE, a leading organization recognized for its dynamic work environment, values-driven leadership, and strong commitment to employee well-being.
Position: Head of Project Sales Support
Location: Dubai, UAE
This role requires a hands-on technical and commercial leader with deep expertise in industrial refrigeration, capable of supporting sales growth, optimizing project costs, and effectively bridging engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in developing competitive technical and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration projects.
- Lead technical reviews of client specifications during tendering and contract stages.
- Develop engineering concepts, system designs, P&IDs, and technical specifications for refrigeration and utility systems.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through innovative engineering solutions, supply chain strategies, and value engineering.
- Coordinate with procurement to source technically compliant and cost-effective equipment from global suppliers.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation up to Purchase Order level and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Participate in technical clarification meetings with clients and sub-suppliers.
- Chair project handover meetings post-award, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution teams.
- Work closely with Aftermarket and Service teams to develop long-term business opportunities.
- Provide technical training and educational resources for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP certification is a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or engineered systems.
- Strong background in project sales engineering, system design, and technical proposal management.
- Proven experience working with industrial facilities and complex projects.
- Solid understanding of supply chain coordination, cost control, and full project lifecycle management.
