As Transitional Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating existing processes, implementing new operational strategies and managing payroll teams. You’ll work closely with HR departments to optimize process efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance and integrate cutting-edge technologies. Your duties will also include overseeing the preparation of pay slips, coordinating tax returns and ensuring transparent communication with employees on all payroll-related matters.

Profile required
- Solid experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role
- Proven expertise in managing payroll transitions, implementing organizational change and in-depth understanding of payroll laws and regulations
